Literature review, demonstrating that you are aware of the great contributions to the field of your research made by a number of scientists

Design of your solution, explaining and justifying your approach as well as your contribution to the problem

Implementation, giving a clear difference between the general approach and its implementation in your particular circumstances

Experiments, specifying your practical investigations derived from the theory

Discussion, analyzing your results and showing how they support your thesis

Conclusions, discussing what you can learn from the results and giving suggestions for further work

References, listing numerous information sources you referred to while developing your thesis: books:, articles, journals, websites, etc

Appendices, containing original material, pictures or diagrams which are not important enough to keep in the main text
